Rash below naval

Hello. I have a rash of some kind below my naval above my pubic region. I've had the same sexual partner for the past year and she doesn't have any rash or anything in this area or anywhere. I noticed it after intercourse one night, around the same time it showed up I got pretty bad heat rash on my back which has cleared up since and I assumed it was that but it seems differnt. it's similar to razorburn, but hasn't cleared up within 3 weeks. Around the time it appeared I did trim my hair with clippers days before but not a razor, and didn't really cut any hair around the area thats affected. They are small reddish bumps, there's no pain or itchiness or redness around them. they can't be popped and have no puss. I tried applying an anti-fungal cream and it seemed to make it worse. They are not lower on my groin or on my penis or anything. mostly along the waistline of my pants/boxers and that immediate area.. I've been able to find alot of posts on the internet about something very similar or the same but no real answer to what it is. im going to attach a picture, sorry about the bad quality closest thing I have to a camera is my cell. thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
With your history of shaving, these bumps look like irritated hair follicles or folliculitis. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as Neosporin and Bactroban are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
