i really need help with this problem

yesterday i noticed this bubble had appeared on the shaft of my penis that wasnt ther the night before, and im scared if this is a problem to my health. thers no pain, but today it looked like it doubled in size and idk wat to do. i cant tell if its filled with fluid or not. please help!!

This could bedue to folliculitis or a boil.
Folliculitis is inb flammation of the hair follicle - it can occur during if hair get pulled out due to friction, tig/ht clothing etc. Try not to squeeze it.
Individuals who are predisposed to folliculitis should be extremely careful about personal hygiene. Application of antiseptic washes may help prevent recurrences. A topical antibiotic cream, mupirocin (Bactroban®), has been effective at reducing bacterial colonization in the nostrils. It is applied twice daily for a week and is repeated every 6 months.

Bubble like a blister? If you have been playing around it might be herpes. If you have been yanking it might be friction.
Need more info otherwise
