is it warts?

ok so im 19 and i have a question.. ok so  every since i was around 11-13 years old i noticed wart like bumps on my vagina and well i wasn't sexual back then so i do not know how they got there. they been there since around that time they never went away they dont go away and come back there just there.. i had have unprotected sex when i was 17 and my partner never got anything.. so im not saying its not contagious.. im just saying he didnt get anything..um they dont hurt or bug me but if i scratch them they itch a little.. so um what do you think?

From the symptoms it can be seborrheic keratosis. It is a benign skin growth of keratinocytes. A skin biopsy will be helpful in confirming a diagnosis.
I sincerely suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It sounds like you should see a Gynecologist to check things out to be safe. The partner could have it, it could just be hibernating. It sounds like it is just the way you are.
