is this acne? or something worse

hi guys, recently i been having alot of red bumps on my face. but couple of days ago, it got REALLY bad! now my face looks like a freak, and i'm not even sure if it's acne or something worse.

is it acne or not? and how can i cure it? im afraid to go outside =/

nope i was on nothing, especially not steroids LOL

Looks like mono morphic acne,were you on mediation like steroids?Right now,you can apply calamine lotion.
