itchy hands and scalp with small red bumps

I am a male age 63. My itching started last winter. I'm now going crazy with this itching! I went to a dermatologist who said I have eczema and some psoriasis. I am using a prescription ointment but it works temporarily. Usually I feel the itching first, then small red bumps appear. No pain, just itching on my fingers and scalp...HELP!! I can't sleep!

Unrefined organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil both eaten and used topically will cure it... read up on sites like earthclinic etc ... I got Dr Bronner's brand on Amazon for about $10. You can also get it at some grocers and all health food stores but it must be cold pressed and not from the hulls etc ... there is a major difference

Good luck!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

If the itching has been present for one year, then eczema and hives due to an allergic reaction are important to be ruled out.  I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done and get blood tests like RAST done to rule out any allergies.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
