penile health - i have several dark brown patches spreading on my foreskin?

Hi,

I'm getting quite concerned because a couple of months ago i noticed a light brown patch on the lower right hand side of my penis. i thought it would go away and assumed it was probably just some bruising due to masturbation ( i masturbate every day) However, the discolouration has now spread - there is some at the front, some round the top left hand side of my foreskin, and the initial patch i described it also spreading up my shaft. It is not sore, i have had no unusual discharge etc. I emailed my doctor and she couldn't find any resources detailling possible causes. I have also just noticed some strange wrinkles or indents on the head.

if you see this, PLEASE respond because I'm getting really quite worried now.
