pin ***** in tanning bed

So I've been tanning lately, i've gone about 8 times, and after the first 2 or 3 times i started getting tiny little red dots on my skin, they didn't bother me, they were just there. mostly on the crease on my arms on the opposite side of my elbows and on my chest. about the 5 time i went i started to feel these 'pin pricks' all over my legs, it starts out a few every now and then and then just all over my legs. it makes me so uncomfortable and i actually start to twitch a little bit. i started going at 8 minutes, then 10,then 12, then 14 but i went back to 12 minutes. the past few times i've had to get out early because i was so uncomfortable. any suggestions on what this could be, if i should be concerned at what i should do?
i've already tried wiping down the bed with a wet rag before getting in at the suggestion that i was having a reaction to the cleaner, but the problem prosiest. PLEASE HELP!

Have you figured out what the problem was? Did it go away?  I have been experieancing the exact same thing as you describe.  I switched lotions, didn't help. Whipped down bed, didn't help. Tanned with no lotion, didn't help. Tanned in stand-up bed, didn't help.  Would love you have some advice!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like heat rash or sweat dermatitis. It tends to occur on areas of the body where skin touches skin, such as under the breasts, on the inner thighs, and under the arms. Tiny red spots with itching and pricking sensation are the characteristic appearance of this rash.

Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
