I have rashes that are slow to go away on my tummy, and I think they are psoriasis.  I am getting them to slowly go away by putting D3 oil and magnesium oil on them.  Also I get sunshine on the skin when I can.  I also take magnesium and vitamin D capsules.  There are other rashes, including from fungus or yeast, and those can be treated with tea tree oil.
