MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be fibrous papule of the nose, trichoepithioloma, cyst or actinic keratosis. Since it has been present for a long time without any change, so these possibilities need to be evaluated for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

No ideas, and since I can't SEE the lesions myself  the best advice is to take her to your Family MD where she/he can do a scape of the lesion and then tell you what it is and how to treat it. Two yrs is a long time. It appears that you have done everything OTC that is possible.
