Hi,
Accutane can cause blurred vision, sudden and severe headache or pain behind your eyes, sometimes with vomiting as part of its side effects associated with eye, but not really a red line in the eye, as you have stated in your post.

If it is part of an allergic reaction then it is possible because conjunctivitis can be caused by an allergic reaction. Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pinkeye, is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, the clear membrane that covers the white part of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids.

While pinkeye can sometimes be alarming because it may make the eyes extremely red and can spread rapidly, it's a fairly common condition and usually causes no long-term eye or vision damage. Conjunctivitis can be caused by infections (such as bacteria and viruses), allergies, or substances that irritate the eyes.

Also Mederma, which is an onion extract with anti-inflammatory properties, could be a cause if it is irritating the eye.
You need to see an ophthalmologist and get the eye examined to rule out other possibilities. Also you need to appraise him/her of the medication that you are on.

An allergic conjunctivitis willl be treated with anti-allergic eye-drops.
