red spot in scalp

im 19 years old i got this red spot in my head scalp looks more like a pimple but it's been there for couple of months, it doesn't hurt it;s not itchy . but im losing hair there and the hair that its growing its white what do i do?

Hey, I recently started to have an itchy scalp but hasn't bled or anything I just told my brother to check it and he said it looks red or more like a pimple but Ira just red that's all and now I'm scared so scared in fact I can pass out! Please tell me what can it be? I'm currently on holiday and will be back in 8 more days.. In the mean time what should I do please help me

You need to see a doctor in order to rule out something serious like skin cancer.
I'm NOT saying that this is what you have, I'm just saying you need to rule it out, along with things like Rosacea.
