scabies? herpes?

Hello,
I am a 23 year old female with 2 sexual partners my whole life. First encounter was performing brief oral sex. The next encounter was a man with genital herpes type 2. I performed and received oral sex. I also had very brief genital contact with him( my vaginal lips briefly rubbed against his shaft once). I was concerned because 4 days later I got 3 tender red marks in the pubic region. No fever or sick feeling with them. They did not come back since. Now I have puss filled pimples with a red base on my buttocks occasionaly. I was on birth control and decided to get off of it. Since then the amount of pimples decreased. The reason I think I think I got scabies is because I keep getting these flesh colored bumps all over my body and my vagina itches a lot especially at night. I got tested for herpes with herpes select test 4 month post exposure and my results were .19 for hsv2.  If I got scabies and herpes do you think the scabies effected my blood test for herpes? I was also on Valtrex during time of exposure and 6 days after that.

One possibility is psoriasis.

Hello, thank you for your response I did consider that as a possible explanation for my symptoms it did appear when I stubbed my toe so I guess that could cause it to come out. I also got some shiny skin/ scaly skin on my buttocks region. I feel like the red spots when they first appeared would have been to high up from the point of contact I made with my partner( it would have been my first outbreak 4 days post exposure). I suppose psoriasis could be a logical explanation.
