Help

A couple of days ago I noticed these little tiny bumps. They do not hurt burn or itch, in fact they do not even bother other than the fact that they are visible. They do not have any type of fluid inside they are like tiny little bumps under the palms of my skin. I know it cannot be a rash or an allergic reaction because they do not itch. Can someone give me some insight as to what this may be.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One possibility for your symptoms that should be ruled out is of lichen nitidus. Lichen nitidus is characterized by 1-2 mm, discrete and uniform, shiny, flat-topped, pale flesh-colored or reddish-brown papules. Generally it is self limiting but severe cases may need glucocorticoids.

I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
