small growing moles growing all over the head

i am 68 yrs old and has some small growing moles growing on my head also my daughter has the same and she is only 47 yrs old, what is it, how can i remove them all, can they cause hair loss, please help, thank you.

Hello,
There are many procedures of mole removal like by shave or deep elliptical excision, excision with cauterization (a tool is used to burn away the mole) and laser removal. Your dermatologist may choose excision with or without stitches, depending on the depth of the mole and the type of cosmetic outcome desired.

Moles seem to run in families. Yes, you can have them removed. If they are small there should not be any noticeable hair loss.
