Hi,
Herpes simplex is a viral disease caused by Herpes simplex viruses; both herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV–1) and herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV–2) cause herpes simplex.
Recurrent oral infection is more common with HSV-1 infections than with HSV-2. Prodromal symptoms often precede a recurrence. Symptoms typically begin with tingling (itching) and reddening of the skin around the infected site. Eventually, fluid-filled blisters (lesions) form on the lip (labial) tissue and the area between the lip and skin.
No, the virus cannot mutate as aresult of intercourse, oral or otherwise.
Warts are fleshy outgrowths usually though flat warts are also seen.
Yes warts can be spread from person-to-person through intimate skin-to-skin contact.

yes to the first question. Most definetly! Mouth herpes to genital and visa versa.
Why do you think white spots on the lips is warts? Have you had genital warts before and you know what they look like?
3rd question I don't know but why risk it. You will then keep giving it back and forth to each other if you don't get rid of it now!
