warts or eczema?

I have tiny clusters of, what seems to be, warts. They do NOT itch and they came all of a sudden. When I try to pop them, mostly a water-like liquid comes out and some blood as well. They are in clusters all over my hands. I was told that they could be eczema; however, they do not itch and my hands are not the dry. What do you think it could be?

Thanks for your input. It's a great help.

They look more like tiny clusters of water blisters. So, I am guess they are more like eczema.

How are you? Eczema  is a form of  inflammation of the upper layers of the skin. This may manifest as dryness and recurring skin rashes which are characterized by one or more of these symptoms: redness, swelling, itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. For evaluation of the eczema, a scoring system can be used by your doctor.  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eczema)

On the other hand, warts are growths on your skin caused by an infection with human papilloma virus, or HPV. Types of warts include the common warts, which often appear on your fingers Common warts are often bothersome. They can bleed and cause pain when they're bumped. You can read more about this through this link:

By your symptoms, they could be just warts but it is difficult to diagnose without having the chance to look at them. It would be good to see your doctor for proper evaluation of your hand.

Take care and keep us posted.
