zits and cracked white skin on penis

hi i am a 18 year old male. i have lots of issues with scars and zits. on the bottom where the urethra is i have plenty of small noticable zits. i am not sure how to adress these problems. i was thinking for the scars i could apply vitamin e and lotion. but i am not sure how i should do it. should i put vitamin e on first and then lotion when it drys? or should i do them both seperately everyday? i am diagnosed with peyronies disease as well and have noticed 2 big balls under my skin next to the peyronies. i am thinking those are zits as well but not popable ones. what can i do? this is simply ruining my life i know that sounds harsh but its true. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hello,
These “zits” can be due to folliculitis, pearly penile papules or Fordyce spots. Both the latter are a natural occurrence on the penis and should not be messed with.As regarding the two big bumps.it can be sebaceous cysts. Generally no treatment is required for them but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

For the scarring of the penis skin, pls apply vitamin E creams and calamine lotion.Pls don’t apply any other lotion without  a dermatologist’s knowledge as it may cause contact dermatitis of the sensitive skin of the penis.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
