My Blood chemistry result
fbs 6.0 reference range 4.1-5.9mmol/L
sgpt/alt 38 reference range 9-52 U/L
just wanna ask if my fbs result is always 6.0 you think im prediabic person? Please advice me...

The doctor said i need to take a medicine metformin HCI.. but i did not follow my doctor. im afraid because if i take a medicine every day my liver or kidney maybe it will weak someday. So know i limit my foods a take every day specially sweets foods.
Yes... evry month... i do blood sugar fasting. I limit my food i eat now and every day i do 30mins. treadmill. I lose 5klo now. The result still the same... 6.0 or 5.9
