Hypoglycemia

I have been having problems with LOW BLOOD SUGAR. I am NOT a diabetic. Example: this morning i was dizzy, glucose was 115. I had a cup of yogurt, 30 mins later my level dropped to 95. After eating breakfast { 1 egg, 2 pcs whole wheat toast and 1 Tbsp peanut butter it dropped to 78.
I can not seem to maintain my level and have been dizzy, nausuous and all the other symptons. It is hard to eat 6 meals a day as I work. I try to eat whole grains, and don't use sugar. I just can't keep my level up.
Why does it drop? how can I prevent that?

maybe its hyperinsulinemia

Hyperinsulemia means having too much insulin in the bloodstream. Hyperinsulemia is a common condition in Type 2 diabetes with underlying cause of insulin resistence. It is a somewhat paradoxical situation because you can be diabetic and still have too much insulin in your body. Ordinarily, too much insulin would lead to a low (hypo), but with insulin resistence, the body cannot use the insulin that it has, and for various reasons the pancreas actually produces more insulin leading to an excess of insulin in the bloodstream.

There are often no visible symptoms of hyperinsulinemia unless hypoglycaemia(low blood sugar) is present
Some patients may experience a variety of symptoms when hypoglycaemia is present, including:

Temporary muscle weakness
Brain fog
Fatigue
Temporary thought disorder, or inability to concentrate
Visual problems such asblurred vision or double vision
Headaches
Shaking/Trembling
Thirst
If a person experiences any of these symptoms, a visit to a qualified medical practitioner is advised.

I would see your doctor about this very soon, as folks with hypoglycemia may develop diabetes later on.  You may have pre-diabetes, and need to go on a diabetic diet.  Meanwhile, make sure you have both protein and carbohydrates with all meals, and with all snacks, which you seem to be doing.  You also might need to get a dietary consult and/or see an endocrinologist, for both are specially trained in working with people with blood sugar problems.
