this is to get further information so i can get my parents off my back
i was once over weight and weighed 85kg and i now weigh 70.4kg but i want to lose another 10.4kg and my parents think i am obsessed with it all now and that i need help but i am not i am not like anorexic or anything like, that i just want to be happy and healthy with my body
all i do is train with a trainer 3 times a week and 3 day by myself and 6 gym classes a week as well as i might exercise during the day depending on what i eat.
can you help on how i prove i am fine
