I apologize for the late post. I spent Easter with the grand kids and family. My week was very busy at work. Normally, I go to the gym four days but last only did three days. I lost one pound. It's not much but every pound helps towards your goal. Looking for a better week in the gym this week.
Congratulations to you both... Cmom3, you did great with losing 2 pounds; that's a pound over our commitment to lose a pound a week, so you're the winner this week, so far.
maicap22... sounds like you had a rough time, too. You're so tiny already I can't imagine you losing more weight... lol
Anyway, so far we've all tipped the scale the right way (down), so that's good, even if we didn't do as well as we wanted.
We're into another week, so let's go for it.
Hi All!
I didn't do quite well on the eating part. I binged for 2 days to the point that on the 2nd day, my stomach ached and I think I had a very low fever inside that refuses to come out. It's like I'm a little heated inside and even my urine is quite warmer than before. I didn't know why but all I can think of to blame is my bingeing. I am already ok now. I just walked a little on the days I binged so I doubt they came off with just a little walking.
The rest of the week, I eat under my required calories and do walking exercises. So yeah, it's just those 2 days but I think they affected my weight loss a lot.
At least I can avoid now the trigger. I started bingeing because we ate at a fast food restaurant and we're so pressed for time, I didn't enjoy the food. And when I don't feel the enjoyment in a food that I don't usually take (cake, ice cream, fastfoods, etc), I tend to eat and eat until I feel like I'm satisfied.
Anyways, I still shed off .5 kg. I consider it a miracle, really lol.

Good morning. Hope everyone had a good week. The weather was great here so I was able to walk a lot this week. I walked 3 days this week. Each day I walked I walked anywhere from 4 miles to a little over 6 miles. It was wonderful. My hubby and one of my kiddos came one day.
I did okay with my eating. I really think what saved me was my exercise. It's my cycle week so I was craving food! I was able though to still lose 2 lbs. I just have to be more pro active when it come to cycle week!
