Remember not eating enough cals can send ur body into starvation mode and hault your weight loss. Finding a healthy balance is the key to healthy weight loss.
I'm up to 10lbs of weight loss I elf never starve myself since tracking my calories over 3weeks now my stomach has shrunk n I eat less while getting full quickly
That's what we're here for... But be sensible in your weight loss... starving yourself is not healthy and you can't maintain it.

I've found that I really have to monitor my caloric intake...for me, I can never seem to exercise off enough calories if I pig out!
Unless you have a medical condition or take a medication that causes weight issues, either you're eating too many calories or not getting enough exercise.
