Diet sodas can actually "cause" weight gain, plus they are not healthy for you. Try drinking green tea and if you need sweetener, add stevia, which is a natural, no calorie sweetener.

Its a 7 Day meal plan. You repeat it 2 weeks in a row. Its a basic breakfast with a toast fruit and Coffee or tea (i use semiskimmed milk too) then you have a breakfast and dinner with some kind of Meat and veggies and frut. You can drink water, tea and diet sodas as much as you please. And carrot and celery sticks also. I tend to have a tea or Coffee with milk around 6pm. There are 2 times in the week when you have fruit for Lunch. I tend ti change it to dinner its better for the way the body works. You can exchange the meals from one Day to another, Just try to not add anything. Im a Baker and a foodie... You dont starve... And the second week you cant eat as much as the first even of you try!'!
