thanks for taking your time to help me out.. im just worried about sagging skin ..i just cant stand the thought of that. the problem i have with exercising is after my tumors i gets sick after 20min. ive gained most of my weight in my stomach and but and legs. im trying denise austin videos now. i walk on my treadmill bout 20mins and my bp drops. any ideas?
Most likely yes, it would be an easier journey for you since you were once fit. Weight gain is usually blamed on aging but it is also because of muscle depletion from exercise done during our childhood/youth. (Muscles help us maintain high metabolism). So those who were not fit in their youth in the first place would find it harder to tone muscles. You would also already possess the mindset required (drive, endurance etc) You'll be alright.

if you planned a good balanced diet , and a regular of 1 -2 hrs of workout you will definately get back your muscles back ....!!!

My boyfriend and I both think it's easier to get muscles back than it was to build them the first time.
