First off, check with your physician before beginning any weight loss program. With that said, follow his or her directions. There isn't a fast healthy way to lose weight. Think about it this way.... it took a while to get there, it will take a while to get down to the other side.
Any balanced diet and exercise will help with weight loss. High protein and lower carbs are a decent idea. We do need some carbs, but a lot of people have lost a lot of weight by simply cutting anything white.... flour, bread, sugar, tortillas, rice, etc. Eat the healthiest food available.
The short of it is, eating right, eating often but watching the caloric intake, drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of exercise.....
There's plenty of fast ways to lose weight, (ECA stacks, MasterCleanse, etc) but they're not healthy, don't last, and you suffer for them! (Vomiting, jitters, insomnia, vertigo, headaches, spasms... the list goes on!)
Easy ways to shed lbs are to just cut back on portion sizes, cut back on processed carbs, drink more water, and make time to do some exercise on a regular basis. Fast? No. Healthy? Yes!
There really is no fast or easy way to lose weight. Reasonable diet and exercise is safest.
