I could not post the rest of my question. My entire family has been exposed to 4,000 mold spores per square inch for 2 years and a large asbestos spill. We were removed by out city and county inspectorin July of 2015. We were not informed by the restoration or insurance company of scope of work needed to be done in July 2013.

I have a so far been diagnosed with environmental asthma, memory problems and fatigue. My daughter sinusitis and still trying to figure out other medical issues. My Husband, headaches. One of our beautiful poodles was having respiratory issues after the restoration company didn't properly contain one of the areas and she walked in. To make a long sad story short after the allergy meds were not helpful, we took her to her vet. Poofina was diagnosed with congested heart failure and enlarged heart over year ago. She died yesterday 3/28/2016. One of the molds was Cladosporium,Aspergillus and Altanria.

Mold is not regulated in Colorado but asbestos is. I'm definitely looking for a Environmental law firm that is not in bed with the insurance companies. I'm convinced we are all sick because of the high levels of mold exposure and our dog is dead! Anyone have a response or their own experience with the death of their loving pet?
