Is my dog's nose broke?

My dog Oliver was always a shy dog and always sat on the stairs case up to the bedrooms. Early in the morning not sure what time, but my mama had heard Oliver scream. My mama had got out of bed and checked on him,but he was fine. When I woke up that morning later on Oliver was breathing heavy and was shaking a little. His nose began to whistle and was a little crooked. He would always eat off of the plate on the floor, but now he only keeps his head tilted back a little and eats out of your hand. He refuses to drink water only if it is on his mouth level. I wasn't sure if he had broke his nose or if he is getting a respiratory infection.

Oliver could have had a mild seizure, or broken something. I always encourage people to take their animals to a certified vet if they have questions about a medical issue with their pets. My dogs and cat are family. I have been in the grooming business for over 25 years, and some questions need a medical answer. You won't find that on the net. Good luck!!!

Poor Oliver.  With the behavior you are describing, he certainly is showing signs of abnormal behavior and your Mom should take him into the Vet for a thorough exam.
