I disabled the other two threads and left this one since this one had the most answers attached to it with lots of good advice from twobitsmom. :)
You need to have her checked out by a vet ASAP. She could have another puppy or puppies still inside her that she is having trouble delivering, she could have retained a placenta, there are any number of things that could have gone wrong that, without having been there and having seen how things went, it is impossible to say just by what you have told us online.
PLEASE don't wait until tomorrow, she needs to nurse those puppies TODAY in order for them to get her colostrum so that their immune systems will have some help warding off disease. If you wait until tomorrow to take her to a vet and she has a puppy (or perhaps a dead puppy or mummified fetus) in her that she can't deliver you could end up losing her and all of the puppies. Please post back and let us know what the vet says.

I have just read about something else, called milk fever....If Mom is not acting Normal...you NEED to get her to see a Vet.
I know it is Sunday, but I would still take my dog and pups to see a vet....it would be much safer than trying to self diagnose something that could be life threatening.
I know you are probably concerned about the money, but.....it would be a shame to lose the Mom ....so ...bottom line is.....

Here is some info that might be helpful....
It is normal for the mother to run a low fever during the two days after giving birth. I become concerned if the fever is over 102.8, if the dog is drinking excessive water or if she is depressed. These may all be signs of a retained placenta (or puppy) or a uterine infection.
It is normal for the dog to have a vaginal discharge following birthing. This discharge normally has rusty reddish or greenish brown appearance. I become concerned when the discharge is pus-like or has a strong odor. This can also be a sign of retained placenta and uterine infection (metritis). Normal cleansing of the uterus can last as long as eight weeks.
Normal mother dogs are bright, alert and attentive to their puppies. She should have a ravenous appetite as she converts metabolites to milk. I become concerned if the mother shows any signs of listlessness or depression. She also needs to visit a veterinarian if she is not attentive to her puppies.
Check the mother’s milk flow. It should flow with only the slightest of finger pressure
I hope this info is helpful...

Are you sure she was done giving birth...? Is it possible that there is another pup that has not been born ? She could be having incomplete labor.
Did she expell her final placenta...? Gosh...If it were my dog, I would be worried , and take her and the pups to see a vet ASAP...!
I don't know much about doggy delivery...but something sure does not sound right...
Have you tried to feel her stomach....do you feel the possibility of another pup..?
Now I am worried about her....!
Please be sure to let me know how things are going.....I will be waiting for your next post....Thanks
