If she's normally fit and active then there has to be something wrong. How hot is it where you live? If it's very hot humid weather that might account for it but don't take my word for that and keep an eye on her for symptoms.
Has she been eating normally, drinking, doing poops and pees normally? Or has she vomited, has she any diarrhea or constipation etc?
Has she been spayed? Sometimes hormonal changes can make a female mildly unwell for a day or so or at least not her usual self.
Has she been outside playing in the sun? If so she won't feel so great. She will need to be gently cooled down and rested.
If it's hot weather and you don't have AC that can affect a dog's appetite without them being sick, but it usually won't stop them drinking.
If you have a spare thermometer, take her temperature (anally of course.) If you are not sure how to do that either post back and I'll say, or check it out online.
A temperature above 102 degrees means she has a fever.
But even without a fever she could be unwell.
Check her gums also. Are they pink, or rather pale? If they are pale take her to the vet immediately.
My advice would be to keep a close eye on her and see how she is. If she refuses food and she normally eats well, or has any problems with peeing or pooping, or shows any other signs or symptoms take her to the vet straight away.
