What to expect after deworming?

So, I took my 8 week old pups yesterday to the vet to be dewormed.

One of them, Chuck, had pooped twice 4 hours after with some worms in it and
he vomited around 4 times or so after.

Two of the females pooped with no worms in it, but only one had episodes of vomiting frothy mucus.

The three didnt eat their dinner yesterday and doesnt even seem to want to drink water this morning and seem to have no appetite. It'll be almost 24 hours after their deworming, is this normal or something to be worried about?

I'm not sure what medications they were, the vet didn't mention anything.
It looked like flat pink tablets and they were given 1/3 of it each.

So the other female that vomits still has diarrhea, but now what comes out looks like green phlegm with water in it since they havent eaten for almost 24 hours.

Also, to add
They seem to have no energy and doesn't play or come when I call them, they just raise their ears a bit and sometimes they'd look my way but doesn't come.
