my two months old lab is a very playful one. weight almost about 2.75 kg. in absence of every body she was chewing a piece of wood when ever she got time for the last two days. from today morning she is vomiting and small pieces of wood are coming out of her stomach. yesterday she had 6 times poty. semisolid greenish in colour. normal food habit is chicken rice and ready made puppy food available in arket. total four times food out of that lunch and dinner with chicken rice and in between two times ready made puppy food. i have not given any medicine yet. please suggest what to do .

DO NOT give her ANYTHING in the way of medicine.  You can try feeding her some bread, if she has any wood chips left in her digestive tract the bread should help to bind them up and make it easier for her to pass them out.  You want to try to keep her from vomiting because if there are any sharp chips they can harm her esophagus on the way out.

The best thing to do would be to call the vet first thing in the morning and tell him or her what has occurred, and see if they want to examine the puppy or what.  They may just tell you to keep an eye on her for the next few days and tell you what to watch for in the way of signs that there could be trouble.

In the meantime, please do your best to puppy-proof your house and yard so that she doesn't get into anything else.  Puppies are great chewers and they are too young to be able to chew rawhide.  Rawhide will just give her diarrhea.  I would buy her a Kong toy and stuff it with peanut butter or cream cheese.  That will keep her busy for a couple of hours as she tries to get all that good stuff out of the middle of the Kong.  You can also give her carrots (big, whole carrots) to chew on.  Carrots are strong enough to put up a fight for a puppy and satisfy their chewing urges.  You might also try buying her a Buster Cube.  It's a cube-shaped toy that has openings on the sides.  You fill it with her puppy food (dry) and as she rolls it around she will be rewarded with the pieces of food that will fall out of the holes.  Puppies need enrichment exercises like these to keep them busy, otherwise, as you have discovered, they will make their own fun, which almost NEVER turns out well.

Please post back and let us know what the vet says and how the puppy is doing.

Hi,I think you need to talk with your vet about this issue,
wished I could offer input but with all the issues you're
seeing with your fur kid, professional help may be the
best hep...throwing up wood chips and greenish colored
stools. Please DO NOT give any kind of "home meds"
until you take your fur kid in for an exam.
