Its raid, gas, glue, vapors from toxins come n go.  Summer humidity is destroyer months in NY. I have several friends with phantosmia and/or parosmia.  They have told me that on occassion the last strong smell they were exposed to will be what they smell as their phantom smell.  So, have you used or been exposed to Raid recently?

I hope that helps.  You might want to research those two topics and see if you come up with more info.

If its a phantom smell with no real source for it........you need to visit a neurosurgeon for ruling out "Uncus Fits"...a smell related part of brain.Don't panic, just take an opinion.:)
