Endometriosis possibly?

Hello, I have been to several doctors, one told me I may possibly have endometriosis but once I moved and tried explaining it to new gyns to get laparoscopic surgery they will not help me. I've had 8 pelvic exams in the last year because every doctor assumes I have an std. all std testing is negative I am clean. I once had an ultrasound that showed my uterine lining was thick. For the past few years my periods are getting progessivly worse. I am on birth control. My periods are so heavy that I bleed through tampons on a short amount of time, my periods are more blood clot consistency than anything else. My cramps are extremely painful and I can barley function when I have them. I have had a pain in my Lower right pelvic region that radiates into my back, it feels like someone is stabbing me. This pain continues even when I am not on my period but is worse when I am menstrating. More recently I have been vomiting during my periods, I get extremely hot and sometimes feel like I am going to pass out. I bleed frequently in between periods. I have tried everything with doctor's down here, they won't even change my birth control, please help the pain is becoming unbearable.

Dude. See another doctor. I don't care if you have to drive out of state--see another doctor.

Don't go just based off my response, but from my perspective, this sounds like a severe case of endometriosis. And that stabbing pain sounds like an endometrioma. You don't want that thing to burst.

Find a good gyno (yes, a gyno--not just a standard doctor, but a specialist). If the ultrasounds show cysts even resembling a potential endometrioma, I'd encourage you to ask them about doing a laparoscopy. If they don't think you should do a laparoscopy, press for them to test for something else. That's not okay.

I'm so sorry you're struggling. Praying for you. xoxo
