PCOS with Endometriosis Treatment... What is left?

Hello! I am a 22 year old female. I have been struggling with severe PCOS and Endometriosis since I was 15. For my PCOS: I was told my PCOS is NOT type 1, so Metformin doesn't work and neither has any of the 15+ birth controls I have been on. I have tried EVERYTHING. My androgen levels are normal, but I make entirely too much progesterone. I was told my mother did meth with me until she was 6 months pregnant with me. My ovaries are so scarred up, and I am in constant pain, with one rupturing every 1-2 weeks.
For Endometriosis: I have been to three different gynecologists and have had laparoscopic surgery, medication, and been in medically induced menopause twice for my endometriosis, and none of it has worked.  I will either be on my period for 9 months straight or without one for 9 months. Sex is awful and painful. I have been told I have a "short cervix" and that one of my ovaries is closer anteriorly than the other. I have taken ovulation tests since I was 15 (per my doctor's request to track ovulation) and have never ovulated. I am so tired of hurting and I am very active and cannot seem to lose any weight and I know it is due to hormones. I weigh 155 pounds and run about 3 miles a day with eating dairy free and lean foods daily.
I don't know what else there is for me to try, some guidance would be great.

By the way, have they considered any laproscopic surgery for you?

hello, welcome to MedHelp.  I am really sorry to read your story.  My gosh, you have been through the ringer.  I am very sorry for your pain and ongoing issues.  I am not sure what to offer other than my support if you need to talk. You are a young woman.  What types of doctors have you seen?
