What you can try, and let me tell you it's expensive. Your best bet if you want another baby is to see an actual endometriosis specialist. There should be a thread somewhere on the endo forum that I typed up and has a whole list. With a specialist, they will be able to excise (cut out) all endo spots and all suspected areas of endo and remove any other findings in there including cysts and adhesions. This will also give you the best chance of living a pain free life for a longer period of time. I went to Dr. Sinervo in Atlanta, GA which is about 700miles from me. I however, had a partial hyster, appendectomy, excision of endo (even off my diaphragm), removal of adhesions and also removed adhesions from my intestines. BEST THING EVER!!! If you have any questions, feel free to message me!! Good luck!

I wish I could give you some reassurance.  I cant imagine whats its like to try for one more and it not happen.

I dont know any options or choices for you.

If it were me and I am just saying what I would do, I would accept the wonderful family I have and if its not meant to be its not meant to be.

Sometimes people have IV for years and nothing and when they least expect it they are pregnant.

If you are meant to be pregnant you will.
