How do you know if it is reactivated by the test?

I have tested for EBV and CMV.

I am feeling ill with night sweats, Joint pains, Muscle Pains, Fatigue, Malaise, maybe GERD (idk yet) and some petechiae. I have been through some emotional stress and anxiety for a month, which I think has triggered my EBV reactivation, but someone works at the test center said it was active in the past and not active now. How do you know that through the test results?

CMV igm - negative
CMV igg - 118
EBV nucl. ag. igg - positive
EBV caps. ag. igg - positive
EBV caps. ag. igm - positive
C reactive protein - 0.4
lymphocyte absolute - 2.11
monocyte absolute - 0.46

there are lot of other things but i dont know if i need to post here. I am going through mononucleosis syndrom and i can't find a diagnosis. Is it possible my EBV reactivated?
