My ANA test is positive with diffuse pattern.
ANA titers were 1:160 sept, then 1:320 oct
I have tested negative all tests my rhuematologist has done. He does not feel I have lupus or any skin and connetive tissue autoimmune disease at this time.

EBV stands for the Epstein Barr virus, the virus which causes mononucleosis, or glandular fever. IgM and IgG are types of antibody, an antibody is a substance produced by your immune system in response to infection. IgM is produced first and is followed by IgG. Since you've produced antibodies against EBV, you have been infected with it (most of the population has as its spread through saliva).
Positive ANA (anti-nuclear antibodies) are normally associated with lupus and autoimmune disease so I am not entirely sure if EBV can cause it, although some experts believe viruses can trigger autoimmune disease but there has been nothing proven yet.
