Just diagnosed with chronic mononucleosis

Any supplements that I can take to help? Ive been living with this for years and just finally after many docotrs found out whats going on. No one around me really seems to take it seriously and think its all in my head even after a confirmed blood test. Im 31 years old and feel pretty much alone and lost.

I had something weird for years and Valtrex was the first thing that worked.
