Oral thrush: could this be related to EBV?

I've recently developed oral thrush. My tongue has three little white patches and is slightly sore. I have a very bitter/sour taste on my tongue as well, which has actually become less intense. I also have itchy arms/legs. Not the entire surface, but just a few patches where it itches.
I was seeing a guy of whom I know he suffered mononucleosis about year ago. My throat is also slightly sore. It may also be related to a cold, but I'm not sure because the soreness of my throat usually clears quite quickly, whereas this one has been going on for a couple of days.

I've also had a vaginal yeast infection for over a year, which I purposefully chose to leave untreated - because it just kept recurring and recurring. I was also wondering if it was maybe possible that I somehow infected my mouth with that vaginal infection? I'm no doctor, so please forgive me if I ask nonsensical questions.

I also have Hashimoto's disease, but I've never had thrush like this before.

I'm actually hoping it's Epstein-Barr, because that would be a lot better than HIV. Thanks in advance!
