Swelled Lymph nodes

Hello all,
I am a male 26 years old. I have had EBV Infection before one year. After that I had many symptoms. Some resolved. The problem is that my neck's left side ,just below the ear is swelled for the last one year. I can hear a tick voice with little pain from the left swelled part when I turning my face right. Before 2 month I visited two doctors, one ortho and one ENT surgeon. Ortho doctor said to me that it is the starting of cervical spondylosis. ENT doctors refered to me for a Ultra sound scan. But they told me the swelled part is not a lymph node.My other symptoms are knee joint pain, stomach abnormalities, bowel changes, tiredness etc. But the problem is that I read in many books that EBV causes Lymphoma. I am very afraid of that. I cannot concentrate in my work.

I have chronic EBV and my lymph nodes in my neck swell up all the time. I was concerned too, however, about lymphoma, so I had a biopsy. It was negative and the swelling went down. Now it is back up again. I just don't worry about it anymore.
But what did your Ortho doc tell you about the start of cervical spondylosis? What are you doing about that?
and did the ENT tell you what was swollen if not a lymph node?
Seems like you are going to all the right doctors so far.
Have your primary doctor order a complete CBC, a full blood workup, and see if there is anything showing that way.
Hope this helps some.
