hey Dart10. There are reasons why this can happen. https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/painful-ejaculation#causes  I would see your doctor to make sure if something needs treated, it's addressed.  Have you had a physical lately?

hello,
it looks that the pain you are having is due to prostate infection.so please get investigations done in that line.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello Sir,

It is unclear as to the nature of your symptoms...you have pain in the groin when you ejaculate? Are you certain that it is your groin which is hurting you? I'm not sure what to tell you based on your email - please elaborate it, with more description of the symptoms, what it feels like, if you have any medical problems, exactly where the pain is (describe more than just "the groin") and we will have a better idea of what to tell you.

Thanks!
