Cant get hard

Hi, I am 27 years old. I have started masturbation since I was 17-18 and almost daily, since i was 20-21. My penis size is a bit larger and thicker than normal. I get morning wood quite regularly and erections are quite hard and stable until I urinate after waking up. I also get normal erections when I masturbate using my hand while watching porn or telephonic sex with my gf. Few days back I met my gf and I know this is strange but that was my first time I was about to have intercourse. And it was very embarrassing that my penis wasnt properly hard. I mean it was quite big n thick but not hard for intercourse.  I have also noticed that most of the times when I masturbate for a long duration then a little pre-ejaculate comes out of my penis. Its very little probably one little drop and its looks watery, not as thick as semen. But then my penis goes a bit limp and then again I have to apply my hand and move it in up and down manner to get it back hard. Same thing happened when I was making love to her. And since my penis is a bit large so i had to apply a lot of pressure to get it in and it wasnt hard enough so it was bending.

Whats wrong with me? Could you please explain if I am suffering from ED or PE or is it purely mental? I am scared and very depressed after this incident and cant concentrate in anything. I dont want to lose the love of my life. Please help me.
