Loose erection quickly

I used to masturbate a lot. Almost daily and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Last winters I started seeing ED symptoms and got my testosterone, fsh, and tsh checked and doctor said they are all fine and gave me a vitamin D tablet named vitamax. I took that pill and saw some improvements but due to that pill my stool was always loose. Hence I stopped after a month and stool was OK but the ED symptoms are still there. I get erection with stimulation but loose it quickly like in 5 seconds without constant stimulation. The ED symptoms started after I experienced a mild pain in penis tip while peeing. I still get strong morning erections and sometimes after waking up if I stay in bed then penis get erect on its own. The problem is only that I get erection a little late and loose it very quickly. What should I do? Is it due to masturbation/porn? I started going to gym I do cardio + strength and gaining good muscles too. BMI is completely normal too.

That's a bit hard to figure out. Seems like you've gotten a green light in terms of your health. Your hormone levels are normal. Vitamin D caused you diarrhea? Maybe it was just the supplement specifically you were using. You could try another. I am not sure though that it will really do anything. This is a hard thing to bring up but I wonder if your thought process and anxiety are playing a role? Maybe not but you sound in good health, get morning erections, had a doctor tell you that it's not related to hormones. Our mind can be very powerful. Would you consider talking to a therapist? I would do it. Just to see if the psychology of anxiety is impacting you. I want you to have a normal sex life. As to porn and masturbation. That does sometimes create problems. The direct visual and physical stimulation of it makes 'not' having it hard as in having real sex. It's not a bad thing to masturbate and watch porn, per se but in your case, I'd do so sparingly to see if you can get back to normal. Glad you are working out, that always helps!
