Think i tore my suspenatory ligament

Everytime I have an erection I push it backward and make it pop. Didn't think anything about it till I now, I did it and felt a jolt of pain and went somewhat soft. Now  there swelling under my balls and hurt in the middle when i put pressure on it. So I research it and think I might tore my sespentory ligament and if so will it heal on it own or do i need to see a doctor about it. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.
