Info on parasympathetic sexual nerve & Sabal Serrulata

Hello Everyone, I have been masturbating since the age of 12 and now i am 30 and thinking of getting married soon .I come from a very conservative society and did not have any sexual partners so only outlet was masturbation .However I only last less than 2 mins when I masturbate,In addition i also have a very week erection and often reach orgasm without complete erection.I heard about a herbal Sabal Serrulata (Saw Palmetto).Does nay one about it ? Should I use it ?Is there anything else than I can use or just wait & see how I will perform when the time comes .

in addition to erectile dysfunction medication please also pick up a copy of 'PE How to Overcome Premature Ejactulation by Helen Singer Kaplan, MD, PhD.  the combination of medication and the book would really help you heal.  it sounds like you need rest, not sexual activity.  your overclocking your reproductive system.

Go see a urologist, only a doctor can determine the exact cause of your problem and prescribe you a adequate treatment. Viagra is very effective but it's not the only solution available today.

Saw palmetto has no use in erections.

Consider consulting a urologist as meds such as Viagra would likely work very well for you.
