Is losing an erection and gaining it back considered erectile dysfunction?

I've had a friend with benefits for a few months now, and I noticed that I'll get an erection during oral and vaginal intercourse, but the minute I transition between the two, or different positions, I lose my erection. I get it back after brief penetration.

I figured at 35, I'm losing testosterone, and I'm mostly sitting because I work from home. I also admit that my diet needs work.

I'm not sure how to identify this.

What are your thoughts?
