if you watch porn and masturbate, it can cause temporary ed issues while having sex. even fapping before having sex, will prevent an erection.
morning woods,or night woods are caused by the blood pressure when you are lying on your side, and the clothes. This is because erections are based on blood pressure, and stimulation.

It is quite common to lose erection when changing position. Starting position should be position where you usually lose your erection. Doing intercourse for some days, in a particular position will make you stable in that position. while changing position, see that you do not contact parts which are sensitive. Pause for some time after attaining a changed position.
Arginine is an essential amin acids. This helps to maintain your erection if you take it before 15 minutes of intercourse. This is suggested by caregiver22 a senior member of MH. Do Sat kriya to gather sexual energy. Do slow abdominal breathing to maintain erection during intercourse. Practice this breathing regularly. I am sure your wife will be with you for the life time. keep on researching and learning sexual techniques.
