Pulsating, pinching feeling in right testicle near epididymous

Symptoms I have:
Pulsating, pinching feeling in right testicle near epididymous I experience this nagging pain 24/7.

2nd Symptom:

Have erectile dysfunction.
Never get spontaneous erections day or night. My penis is cold and numb. This problem has been slowly getting worse, as well as the symptoms for over two years.
Viagra, Cialis no longer work. Whenever I take these pills ,pinching feeling in right testicle gets even more inflamed.
During self utilization (masturbation) hard to get erect and there’s no feeling when I masturbate, very little. Only becomes erect just before I ejaculate/ climax and that happens quickly
I feel nothing in my urethra when I pee like it’s completely numb until it hits the head of my penis and is coming out of my urethra.

When I urinate, I used to get a mini erection or at least some kind of contraction and push out from my penis..not anymore.. just completely flaccid when I pee.
And I do not feel it until it is in the head of my penis. This forces me to have to act quickly when its time to urinate, often times having to pull over while driving and urinate ASAP on the corners of city streets/ freeways etc.

The pain in my right testicle is like a dull ache that I experience 24/7.
I walk around dizzy, I feel like whatever blood is being blocked from entering my penis is also beginning to be blocked from getting to my brain.

I have been assured by the Doc’s that any complications in my right testicle has nothing to do with my inability to get an erection, two different systems.
It’s just hard to not think one doesn’t have anything to do with the other since they are so close to one another.

If you have any of the following 3 symptons let’s talk. I have every intention of getting to the bottom of this, if you have comparable symptons we should talk and leverage the info we have been learning to so that we can get better that much faster.

1.) Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
2.) Tightness/Pinching/Aching testicle(s)
3.) Penis Cold, Numb
4.) Awkward urinary stream
5.) Have been on any medications, anti-epileptic medications,  namely (tegretal, carbamazepine) or anti-depressants and are now experiencing ED.
6.) Have already been checked via at least basic Ultra Sound and showed up as “normal”. Having gone through having physical check by a specialist and told that we are “normal”.
7.) Viagra/Cialis not working
