Weak erection, soft glans and lot of veins

Hi, I'm 34 years old male circumcised. First of all sorry for my English.

5 weeks ago, after a period of a bit long sessions of masturbation without lube I realized that I had a lot of new veins in the shaft of penis and that they where sensitive to the touch, like a sharp burning feeling, the glans too.
During this weeks I haven't had any sex or masturbation, but I've been very anxious with the problem and didn't have erections during the day and also a few some nights, I tought that was because I was very nervous.
Last night I realized that my penis was hard but weird, It felt hard at the base and decided turned on the lights and take a look. The fact is that I realize that when I have an erection my penis feels very hard at the base (like constriction) but the glans are soft and doesn't feel with blood, it's a weak erection. I'm very scared right know about permanent erectile dysfunction.

I've been masturbating for years in the same way and never had a problem even of irritated skin. How is it possible that suddenly my penis collapse and broke superficial and internal veins or even nerves?.

The burning feeling when I touch the veins (varicose veins on the shaft and spider veins under the glans) and rub the glans is still there after 5 weeks so it's not just irritation, my dermatologis gave me corticosteroids  for 3 days twice a week the first week after the incident, he thought it was just irritation by friction, but zero improvement. After that I only have applied soft moisture lotion twice a day. I was very concern about painful varicose veins but I hadn't realized the weak erections.

I am in a treatment with accutane 10mg one pill per day, but two dermatologist that I asked for said that it's a low dose to make any damage in masturbation. I'm in the treatment since September and never had problems like these, not even irritated skin or peeling.

The last time I've masturbated had a proper erection like always, althoug I remember that when I was reaching the climax felt a mixture of tingling/irritation feeling in all the places where there was friction.

I've already have an appointment with the urologist but it's on January 13th.

I'm the exact same age with the exact same problem. Please listen to my advice. Do you have any other health problems or history of depression or anxiety? Have you had your LH or testoterone levels checked recently? I can tell you from experience these are probably low and related to your problem. Low T can cause many health problems and affect blood flow and veins. Masturbation most likely contributed to your problem but the main issue you are likely having is low T. Please have your urologist test your LH and testoterone levels as well as check for vericocele veins as these can form around the same time as your other veins problems.
