Problems with erections

Hello i just turned 25 years old and i have a big problem with erections. First lets start with that everything was normal back then but i had fast ejaculation so was taking tiger king for about 10 times max in total with some girls in order to be able to continue intercourse right after i ejaculate. Dont remember exactly if it was right after i stopped but had no sex for sometime but i noticed that my erection becomes soft after 1-2 min max of intercourse. Also, was some period that i had no morning erections. I went to urologist and (as i understood he didnt understabd too muxh in this) he made blood check and found that my testosterone total was 11.9 nmol/L SHBG is 13.2 nmo/L free androgen index is 90.2 H he gave me levitra to try and ofcourse intercourse was better but still, taking pills for sex doesnt sound good for me as i am very young. He said that i should take it sometimes and then everything will be ok without it. But thats not how it is. I cant have sex for more then max 2 min (and in some positions no longer then half minute) also i know how to get erection but it seems to pass very quickly. Also morning erections now they are weaker then what they used to be and when i wake up just like about 10 seconds and they are gone! I really fear as i am young and dont know what to do. could it be the case that these tiger king pills made it this way for me? Is there anything natural i can do? Its like this for at least half year  now. Oh also i use to ejaculate very fast now for many times, while back then i could hold longer on the second + times. Please advice.

I have read your article. I do answer the post in MH since last 10 years. I am not a doctor nor an expert. I do yoga since my school days. I am 83 and completely disinterested in sexual activity. I am reading and writing just as a hobby and with intention to help people. Breathing techniques and some movement and postures can help to improve sexual function. In yoga, there is one branch called kundalini yoga, which deals with sexual energy. Its purpose is to control sex. In doing this there are many stages at which we can use that stage for improving sexual function.Taoist yoga is mainly focus on sex. Kundalini yoga and taoist yoga focus on sexual health.You may pick up better techniques and explain them better to people.Kegel exercise is will known for strenthening  pelvic floor. Anal peripheral prostate massage is helpful in ED. This is not mentioned in the original artcles but I read it in some authentic article.I will be happy to colloborate with you in MH if you like. thanks.

It is worthwhile to explore few exercises. Go through few exercises as under
Abdominal exercise
Male Deer exercise,
Satkriya,
kegel exercise
Anal peripheral prostate massage.( this is highly recommended -better than kege)
Abdominal breathing.

Below are simple instructions for Pranic Breathing.
Gently place your tongue on the roof of your mouth. This helps circulate energy throughout the body.
Inhale through your nose for six counts.
Hold your breath for three counts.
Exhale through your nose for six counts.
Hold your breath for three counts.
This 6-3-6-3 breathing completes one cycle.
You can do pranic breathing during meditation, on a walk, or in your car. You can use it to absorb energy in nature. Whenever you are feeling low on energy, practice pranic breathing for twelve cycles, and you will feel refreshed.
